LaGrange, IL Previously a funeral home, Granite successfully designed and constructed a new, luxurious 17 unit condominium complex.
Dekalb, IL Granite purchased this 174-unit, 3 building complex on the campus of Northern Illinois University. It was converted into a 400-bed, upscale, student housing complex.
