Granite has purchased over 5,000 acres of undeveloped land as principal and with investment partners. Combined, we have decades of experience in land acquisition and development. These sides, in Illinois, Texas, Arizona and Colorado are located in the path of residential development growth in cities projected to grow over the next decade. The parcels range in size from 160 acres to 1,200 acres and the investment strategy includes entitling the land and securing water rights and then positioning the sites for re-sale.
