What We Do
Granite Realty Partners, Inc. was formed in 1998 to merge the real estate investment and development activities of Robert L. Palley and Scott D. Inbinder. The purpose of the company is to invest in opportunistic and value-added real estate projects, as well as long term investing in well-located residential, retail, and industrial projects. In 2000, David Lasky joined Granite to primarily provide expertise in retail acquisition, redevelopment, and management through an affiliate, Bonnie Management Corporation.
Through June 2006, Granite Realty Partners has completed more than $160,000,000 worth of investment and developmental projects. Granite has acquired or developed more than 250 multi-family residential units, 340,000 square feet of industrial property, 700,000 square feet of retail property and in excess of $45 million in multi-family land throughout the Midwest.
