   Granite Realty Partners specializes in several aspects of the real estate industry.  Our primary focus is the acquisition of property with value enhancement potential.  With our affiliate, Bonnie Management Corporation, we control in excess of 1.5 million square feet of retail properties and 300,000 square feet of industrial buildings.
